What is ADAPT?

ADAPT is an online portal to help health professionals ensure that patients receive the right care for anxiety and/or depression during and following a diagnosis of cancer.

ADAPT allows patients to complete online screening surveys to identify anxiety and/or depression which help their cancer care team guide them to the appropriate type and level of psychosocial care throughout their cancer treatment.

ADAPT gives health professionals access to online training to support patients who are experiencing anxiety and/or depression during cancer treatment and survivorship.

Patients also have access to information about the different treatment options they may be offered and information about managing anxiety and/or depression as part of their cancer treatment.
